Default Did I do something wrong

Did I do something wrong or is my body getting used to it?
Yesterday were arm,shoulders,traps. I beat them up real bad, I pushed it to the limit. I was sore as hell when I got home.
Woke up this morning and they felt really good, still a bit firm from the workout but no pain like my previos beginning work outs when i started.
Maybe the supplements I'm taking help heal faster? I dunno. I never took them before so I don't know what they really do.
currently taking a day

2 vitamin C
10 Amino Acids
6 creatine, 3 before workout, 3 after
1 Yohimbe
4 finstone vitamins
plus my shakes I drink a day which is (6) 8oz shakes


Does this stuff really make a diffrence in the after workout pain?

YOu feed your body with the right stuff and it will heal itself and get stronger. You feed it with junk and your body has no tools towork with.
