203 this morning!! IM doing my best to protect my muscle(well the little I have anyways) still taking in about 250 grams of protien a day, plus my normal carbs. Only think I added back into my workout 2 weeks ago was 20min of cardio at each workout. That is basically the stair climber on level 2. NOt high impact, just enough to keep my heart rate up a tad.
