sbf roller rocker help

has anyone ever used these "Cat Small block ford roller tip rockers,1.7 ratio"?if so,will i be fine useing them with edelbrock rpm heads with 202 valves and a b-303 cam on my stock 88 302 short block?heads have Dubble valve springs good for a little over a 600 lift cam and my cam is a 480 lift?

The springs might be too much for that cam. ALso make sure you check piston to valve clearance with those 2.02's.

what size rockers will i be safe with??i had a guy that wanted to trade me his cast iron dart jrs for mine and he stoped sending pms so i guess ill have to put these big fu@kers on my car.dennis had a b-303 cam in his car when he had these heads on it.

If Dennis has stock pistons and got away with it then you'll be fine.

You got em on yet or are you still f'in around? lol

i didnt mean the rockers i ment he had a b-303 cam in his car with the same springs...Im taking the head to my buddy monday and i should have it back by wed or thursday.i wish i had a place to work on it

It's always a good idea to check piston to valve just to be sure.
