My day is going well.
I struggled out of bed to shut off the alarm that I set on my cell in another room. I did that on purpose so that I couldn't just reach my arm over and shut the alarm clock off. I went to the other room, disarmed my alarm, and some how made it back to bed and dozed off for 14 minutes. I then snapped out of it, cussed at myself, and drug my body into the shower.
Did my hair, got dressed, fed the dogs, took them out, made a protien shake, grabbed my work clothes and head out the door.
Hit the gym, ignored the two fucking naked idiots carrying on a naked conversation in the locker room, locked up my clothes and hit the treadmill. Then hit the abs for 30+ minutes.
Hit the locker room and found another naked dumbass walking out of the shower without a towel insight. I ignored him, opened my locker, grabbed my towel, and walked to the shower in my boxers. Took a quick shower, threw on my clean boxers while I was still IN the shower, and headed to my locker. Fucking idiot was still naked, he takes a deep breath, and says, "Phew, is it over let?" Like he got some massive workout. I say to him, "get dressed, then talk to me." He gives me a shitty look like I am in the wrong. Fucking idiot. I got dressed without him saying another word to me. LMFAO!
I have been hungry all day and can't stop eating. ![lol](images/smilies/lol.gif)
I just ran home for lunch, took my dogs out, and I am back at work waiting for my next client.

Thats why i don't care for gyms.. guys that walk around with their shit hanging out is just disrespectful to the people around them. I'd just wait to get home and take a shower (i know, you were on the way to work).

Normally I would shower at home, but here's the thing. I work 4.8 miles from home. My gym is 1 additional mile from home.
I have to drive home at lunch to take my dogs out. To save time, gas and money, I bring my gym clothes with me to work for when I train after work (every night) Now that I am going to try and train cardio and abs in the AM, and lift in the PM, I have to bring not only my work clothes, but the AM gym clothes on my back, plus another set of gym clothes for the PM. (AM gym clothes are soaked!!)
Here's how it goes now...
Home to gym (AM) = 5.8 miles
Gym to work (AM) = 1 mile
Home to Work (lunch) = 4.8 miles
Work to Home (lunch) = 4.8 miles
Work to Gym (PM) = 1 mile
Gym to Home (PM) = 5.8 miles
Total in a day = 23.2 miles. If I showered and went home for clothes every trip to the gym, here's what it would look like...
Home to Gym (AM) = 5.8 miles
Gym to Home (AM) = 5.8 miles
Home to Work (AM) = 4.8 miles (shower, change, pick up PM gym clothes, etc)
Work to Home (AM) = 4.8 miles
Work to Home (lunch) = 4.8 miles
Home to Work (lunch) = 4.8 miles
Work to Gym (PM) = 1 mile
Gym to Home (PM) = 5.8 miles
This would be 37.6 miles in one day and a TON of time and gas wasted. So yeah, I have to just ignore the naked fucking morons.

Al - your life is way to structured for me
Regarding naked idiots, I'm glad I don't see that too much at my club. There is one guy that was sitting on the leather chair watching MSNBC on the plasma in the birthday suit - I'll never be using that chair

My life is VERY structured. Nearly every half hour of my day is accounted for before I even wake up. I'm weird like that.
WTF?!?!? Naked sitting?!?!? GROSS!!!

My miles driven in any given day varies more than Al spends total....
And man, it's not natural to live that structured..

You do wipe the sweat off the benches after you're done with a station, don't you Al?
When I used to go, that was my biggest pet peeve...someone else leaving a seat or bench all wet and sweaty.

Hell yeah. I spray it with sanitizer then wipe it clean.
