So I have a BP Visa card, which I am happy with, it's nice to get money back from every gas purchase when you drive as much as I do.
But tonight, at like 9PM, I get this phone call from someone at Chase (the bank behind the card), the dude barely speaks english, and after about 2 minutes he manages to explain that he's not calling about a problem with my card, he's trying to sell me some service.
If I wasn't as happy as I am about the card itself, I would have cancelled the card on the spot.
Yes, I am pissed off, and here's why:
1. I'm a customer already, you have my address, mail me if you want to sell something, don't bother me at 9 fucking pm in the evening if you ever want to sell another service to me.
2. Don't send a fucking Indian to sell crap, it's bad enough jobs in my field gets outsourced to those motherfuckers, now I'm gonna have to listen to them trying to pronounce my name while reading their goddamn "How are you this day, sir?" scripts!
Here's a big
to outsourcing!
