Question Outdoor (waterproof/water resistant) lighting???? I need it by Saturday!!!

Ok, I was wondering if any of you have any info or ideas on some outdoor lighting. I wanted to get some kind of outdoor lamp/spotlight that could attach to one side of of the ledge on my pool. My pool is an above ground 12'x24' oval. I was thinking that one decent light would make for a cool effect and a good amount of light for my party this weekend. I was going to set up a volleyball net on my pool and the lighting would also help with that. The light would have to be able to:

1.) Withstand some splashing
2.) 110volt ready (I just want to plug the thing in)
3.) Attach with no screws or holes drilled in my pool ledge
4.) Put off a good amount of light since it will be shining into the pool
5.) Able to be purchased easily and cheap at a local store like Meijer, Aco, Damman, KMart, etc (party is Saturday, so online purchases would take too long)

Ideas, suggestions?!?!?!? Thanks!

Suggestion #1: Mount it so that if it somehow comes loose, it doesn't fall into the pool, dragging the power cord with it...
