Someone suggested doing a Detroit Racing road ralley. Good idea? How many people would be interested?

i dont think its like a cannonball although that would be really fun!
most road rallys are timed and the vehicle that goes the course closest to the pre determined time wins.. so you dont want to be too slow or too fast
