Default Question for coin collectors

Just curious, will the Bi-Centenial quarter ever be worth more than 25 cents?

I had some Bi-centenial proof sets that got stolen 2 years ago, at the time, they were worth about $12 for the set. The governement minted way too many for them to ever be worth much more than face value, or a little more in mint condition. The quarter was minted in both 75 and 76, so there's millions of them
