New ride for the 2008 season
New ride for next year.79 Malibu,355 sbc,PG set up with pro tree trans brake,3800 stall,3" new drive shaft,9" 456 with spool Stange axles.Weld pro stars skinnys on front and new 28/10/15 Hoosiers on back,MSD billet distributor 6al box RPM activated switch and two step,B/M pro stick, Shifnoid eletric shift, body could use a paint job car in black primer,racing seats,Odyssey 925 Battery. Paid $3,500

Looks cool, id be safe and rewire most of the car and redo the fuelsystem,, Just my opinion...

Cool car! I love those things. Make sure it leaves all crooked and fucked up and pulls the drivers side tire 2' on the street! I love how they do that! Dead serious, I love that g-body leave.
Is it as fast as your mustang was?

Nice toy,any plans other than tlc.. put some plain rims on it,no scoop,tailpipes out back,all blacked out,and dropped 2/3"everything looks nice and tucked,no clearance issues,could be one hell of a sleeper if thats your thing,i thought your stang looked meaner WITHOUT the scoop?never heard it but it would have made me wana find out,yea what dose the rear of a mustang look like aney way??? looks like a hell of a deal!!

Malibu
Hi thanks guys Mustang was sold.Just wanted an chevy body style and found this Malibu.Looking for a interior though going out to Lapeer this saturday if thing work out.Have to get use to the P/G and the pro tree brake have to hold the trans brake botton to stay in reverse.

I did go to Mustang day at Ubly on Saturday though. Car ran a 13:20 first run just testing the car. Now I know what I have to work with. Strong run till the end of the track air to low in the slicks and let off at the end car will go 12:5s.
