Its no surprise I've been slacking on my cardio, well who am I kidding its been non-existent.
Started back at it yesterday, I do a brisk walk for @3.5 mph for 10 mins, then instead of running, I took a tip from Dom and now I walk @ 2.5 at an 8 degree grade.
Problem is today was leg day AND I did cardio. Lmao. I honestly don't know if I'm going to be able to make it to the office today.
Its a good burn though.
