After a few start ups of our motor we developed a hole in the cooling core of a 1800 hp air/water intercooler...I suspect that the chassis shop that was welding a mounting bracket on got it too hot...so befor I take a saw to it (the intercooler)...I would try to get some input from you guys or gals... I tried talking to the owner of the shop that welded the bracket, but no help there, same response as talking to a wall!...We have an F2 supercharger only making about 10 lbs. of boost for the start up...a 55 gpm water pump for the intercooler (too much water pressure?) any help would be appreciated...
