Have you ever seen The Wraith.
It's an old 80's movie. Stars Charlie Sheen (winning of course). It has all the 80's cheese like weird nerds and freaks...and let's not forget some over-exaggerated scriptwriting. That's part of what makes this awesome. Can't forget though that a major part of it's focus is on street racing!
Basic synopsis is that this ghost racer comes to seek revenge on the street racing gang that took his life.
