So last night I was getting fustrated being stucks at 182lbs for the past few weeks. Soooooooo i went to longhorns and ate. 1 pound of boneless buffalo wings, full slab of baby back ribs, 2 loafs of there bread, mash taters, glass of milk, garden salad, some chicken fingers, and topped it off with a cheese cake, gained 3 pounds, but will probably just loose it when i workout on monday
