Evening session: January 23rd, 2007 Leg Day:



Leg Presses

Leg Press: 14 plates x 10 reps (630lbs...plus the sled weight)
Leg Press: 16 plates x 10 reps (720lbs...plus the sled weight)
Leg Press: 18 plates x 10 reps (810lbs...plus the sled weight)
Leg Press: 20 plates x 10 reps (900lbs...plus the sled weight)
Leg Press: 22 plates x 20 reps (990lbs...plus the sled weight) **that's right...20 reps, bitches**
Leg Press: 18 plates x 10 reps (810lbs...plus the sled weight)
Leg Press: 16 plates x 10 reps (720lbs...plus the sled weight)
Leg Press: 14 plates x 10 reps (630lbs...plus the sled weight)



On to Calf Extensions:

Calf Extensions: 290lbs x 20 reps
Calf Extensions: 330lbs x 20 reps
Calf Extensions: 350lbs x 20 reps
Calf Extensions: 370lbs x 20 reps
Calf Extensions: 390lbs x 20 reps



Then on to Leg Extensions:


Leg Extensions: 180lbs x 10 reps
Leg Extensions: 195lbs x 10 reps
Leg Extensions: 210lbs x 10 reps
Leg Extensions: 225lbs x 10 reps
Leg Extensions: 240lbs x 10 reps


At this point I was ready to throw up and I had to leave.

**I could not get out of bed on time and didn't get on the gym eliptical machine till 7:15am. 30 mins on that, then a quick shower and off to work. Juuuuuust barely made it by 8:00pm. Thank God my office is 1 mile from my gym**

2 slipped disk and a pinched nerv in my back.i hit a suv head on doing 50 on my way to work 2 years ago.happened by the school at 15 mile and kelly.she was in the turn lane making a left faceing gratiot to turn in the high school and i was going to groesbeck.when she turned i guess she didnt see me or look and i never had a chance to even hit the brakes.i had my seat belt on but i hit the truck so hard my head still hit the steering wheel knocked me out for a good 5 mins and when i came too,i was about 2 feet from going through the house thats right there but the fence stopped my car and it was still running in gear and the tires were spinning.i was on top of the fence and 4 of the post.if you ever drive by there youll see the new section of fence they put up.i have pics of the car some where.ill show you them when we meet .everyone that seen them told me im lucky to be alive.

I too have a fucked up back. 1 slipped disk and 2 pinched nerves. One in my upper back, one in my lower. I work through the pain. Some days are worse than others.

c-4 and c-5 are the ones slipped(in my neck) and theres a big ass knot where the disk are slipped.when i move around the knot gets bigger,i have 3 numb fingers and the pain from 1 to 10 is about 8 sometimes.i havent worked in 2 years,got married 2 weeks be 4 the crash.went to the pool hall last night and i think we left around 10:30pm,i got to bed about 12am and didnt get up till 4 pm today and it sucks.but about 1,000,000,000 more doc visits i should be able to work i hope.
