LITTLEMAGS I need rep points!
Default tidal sets/LEGS

I wanted to share my leg routine I do ONCE per month. You cant do it every day because it is to hard on your body.

OK...do your normal squat rountine;
5 sets (including 1 warmup).
myself I do
135x15
225x12
315x10
385x10
405x8

ok...after that is done then you can really get to work
load up leg press with 3 plates per side. It is going to be pretty light....
get your feet planted and DO 25 reps...NOT FAST REPS...2 seconds down, 2 seconds up. HAVE A PARTNER COUNT!!! no bullshit half reps either...all the way down and all the way up. IF YOUR legs arent filled with lactic acid by rep 13-15...your moving to fast.
THE whole point of 25 reps is to get deep into the muscle.
OK...you JUST FINISHED your 25 reps...YOUR NOT DONE.
have your partner load up 3 more plates per side and do that for 8-10 reps.

THAT IS ONE SET!!!!!!!!! you got two more to do.

have fun fellas...let me know if you can walk the next day... i know Iam STILL sore and did that on THURSDAY of last week.

1. You leg workout is sick..How much does 1 plate weigh?

2. Tell that fat bitch if she wants to "UN-WIND" to go to Starbucks and get yourself a Mocha Latte and listen to Frank Sanatra!!!

3. Tell her "I go to the gym to get big and in shape."

4. If I were a gym owner, I would rather lose her as a customer than you. Simply because she is prolly there on a "6 month I'm gonna lose weight kick." Where as you will probably go to the gym the rest of your life.

Dom lives CLOSE to Ann Arbor. He also works there. I had to drive out to Dom's house one time...I'll refrain from making that trip again if at all possible. He's far from me, and kinda secluded.

I delivered some Mustang parts to a collision shop just past the stadium. I had to go back the next to deliver more. Yes, that is a drive I wouldn't want to make again either.

That's a LOT of clothes to ship. I think I am good on the gym clothes a while, but thanks.

Hey, I want a couple HOUSE OF PAIN shirts. Best place to pick those up?

you know the burn you get in the muscle from a lot of reps or combination of heavy and high reps. HERE IS THE TECHICAL ASPECT OF IT:

Lactic acid is ONE of the 'waste byproducts' resulting from the chemical reactions that result in muscle contraction. The increased metabolic activity the increased work load of exercise EQUALS produces increased waste byproducts. The 'muscle burn' is due to the neural ( nerve ) irritation associated with an altered pH ( pH = measurement of acidity, more below ) within the worked / exercised muscle. The pH (potential of Hydrogen) scale is from 1 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Anything that lowers pH makes the solution more acidic... the altered pH ( acidity ) is due to a multitude of increased metabolic waste products accumulating in the exercised muscle.
The chemical reactions of the Krebs Cycle result in muscle contraction and metabolic.
The build up of these waste products lowers the pH ( makes more acidic ) of the extra cellular tissue & neural (nerve) irritation results. Nerve irritation = burning sensation = lactic acid burn.
