Hour and a half today at the gym today. 1/2 hour cardio, 1 hour of back.
Diet......... Eh boy.

Dinner: Grilled chicken ceasar salad at the honey tree, no dressing

Dinner: Wendys Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad, no dressing.
I know, its bad. lol
I bought oatmeal today, plain and the packets, which has some flavoring. (130-160 cals) I am going to mix that with an equal amount of plain tomorrow morning when I get home from the gym.
All last week I was eating ok. Only went to the gym 3 times though. So far I've been Sunday, Mon, and Tues this week. I'm going to start posting what I do and eat everyday, to stay honest. Hopefully Raj wont mind.
