circuit training, that keeps the heart rate up, very good for ufc type people, that how we trained in highschool for wrestling it gets you so you can last like they say on the video givein 100% for 2-3 min rounds in hard in wrestling
i dont train like this but im not in the gym but a hour, look up super setting its 2 exercises back to back and you can get threw a workout in no time, you can do more then 2 but i guess that would depend on your training level and endurance ect.
