Got back in the gym today for the first time today since my roommate passed away. Felt good to be back. Its only been 3 weeks, but I have been missing it. It should help me get my mind right too, I've been pretty fucked up as you can imagine.
Good news is, I've only gained 2 lbs since I've been out. I've been eating shitty too, no time to cook dealing with everything here.
There has been a lot to take care of obv.
But I didnt lose that much strength, actually I felt pretty strong.
I'm at 287 as of today, thats down 44 lbs. The goal is 250 by first of the year. I'm going to track progress in here. Its going to be hard, but I'm going to bust my ass. In fact, I'm off to bed right now so I can get up early and kick some ass.
