Get yourself a Hurst Line Lock kit for the fronts.
Makes burnouts a snap and your brakes will thank you for it.

Shit I'm poor too right now.....
Somthing cheap, in the 10-50$ range at most...lol
I Know what the bike is capable of, but I'ts not mine so I dont know how close I could get to it...ya know?
I'm used to my old bike still....
Launch at 5k and spin for a second then wheelie through 3 gears to a 10.50 @137
But hell I have not had a race all summer so whatever
Im off to bed.... But I wouldnt mind a lil fun friday or saturday...maybe tomorow even ???
at this point money is a bad idea for me... but I might be able to do somthing....

Yours truly. I've done all the work on my car. Built my axle (with a little help) , exhaust (minus welds) ect.,ect. Burnouts are SO hard on you rear brakes it's not even funny. I know a guy who had to replace both rear calipers on his Mach1 from to many trips to the track without line lock.
It's a piece of cake. 1 hr 15 min- 1 1/2 hrs. labor at the most.
Check it out at Al's Saturday night after the cruise. I got the Hurst Kit. Nice kit. Real clean, easy install. All you have to do is make some lines, run the wiring, mount it, attach the line and you're golden. I've got a hidden on/off toggle for mine too so there is no chance for it to accidently get activated.
Maybe I'll show you how it works al Al's too.
