Just a couple pics!
Just pet em on! Thanks for making me a supporting member!!
The camera I took these pics with SUCKS. It only works good when you right right ontop of something.
This pic is before the stickers were put on. But the tint was 1 day old!

I have gotten many compliments so far and yet some people dont like that look. When I get the Carbon Fiber Cowl Hood on it I'm sure it'll look much better.

Well its either between a Carbon Fiber Cowl or Carbon Fiber OEM. Which do you think would be better? I'm just trying to shade some weight off my car for better track times!

Don't bother with either. If you feel that you HAVE to have one of the other, go with th OEM CF one.

CF wings, hoods, mirrors
A cowl hood would look even worse. Leave it alone. Better track times...get a little shot of nitrous or something.
To me, carbon fiber screams R I C E !!!!!
The car looks good as is.

i dunno, i was workin with CF stuff for a lil while, and i really like the look. specially on a black car. plus, the cowl hood really does help on getting out head. i remember on the 94 with the cincysho cowl, and when nicks 98 got in an accident the hood was slightly cowled, and it really helped cool the engine

Well, after hard and long thinking, I've decided I'm gonna go with the OEM look. I'm going to paint it black so it looks stock!

Why bother with the hood , spend that money on a performance mod!!!
I dont know what is available for your car, but im sure there's somthin better to spend your money on...
Just this guys opinion........
Of course alot of people said that to me when i told them i have 3k+ into mods and my car still only goes low 13's with not so got 60 foots...lol (not everything is on the car yet BTW)besides my car would be much happier on a road course or auto x I believe
I did a lil suspension, brakes, gear, intake, exhaust, programing, etc
The only cosmetic mods on my car are Tinted windows, a few Steeda stickers and a grill delete kit... oh and a shortie antenna..
If I had to do it again, I would do it different, but not much..lol
I remember people sayin for three grand that could be a low12 second car..
My reply: So?
Botom line, dont listen to us. Do what makes YOU happy

how does a cowl hood really benifit a fuel injected car? i can see how you could set it up for a throttle body but for a mass air style fuel injection i dont see how a cowl hood would really benifit. cooler engine compartment yes but if u have cold air thats not as big of a deal as with an open element style air filter on a carb unless your running a turbo/supercharger w/o any type of intercooler. not trying to bash at all im just curious if it would benefit performance in anyway or would it be just for for better looks and a little more clearance underhood??
