Post your favorite recipes!!!
Regardless of what kind of dish it is. Maybe it's chili, soups, entrees, desserts, whatever. And no, it doesn't have to be healthy. Just post up a detailed recipe of the dish.
Yes, I am hungry right now.

Maybe you should make this a sticky, or start a new sub forum!
I've got lots of recipes, if I could find my damn cook book!

If we get some interest I'll stick it to the top.
Here's one some of you might enjoy. (A few of you may have had these at parties of mine in the past. And yes, I made them)
My wife and I call them Chikaritos. (Chick-A-Ree-Toes) Don't ask.
16oz of Sour Cream
8oz package of Philly cream cheese
(take those two and mix them until both are smooth and well merged)
1 small package of taco seasoning (hot, medium, mild depending on what you like)
4oz jar of green chilis (diced)
12oz of black olives (buy large pitted ones, then diced them up)
(mix all ingredients together)
10-12 large corn tortilla's
Spread mixed ingredients on to tortillas
Roll tortillas
Slice tortilla roll-ups into ~1" wide circles
Place roll-ups on a serving platter, cover in plastic wrap, and place in fridge to cool. (this can be done the day before if you choose to do so.)
Serve cooled
Everyone I have ever served these to has loved them

Here is my Gargonzola Deviled Eggs recipe... (for those of you with a "finer" palate)
6 hard boiled Eggs (large)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise/miracle whip (depending on whether you want the finished product to be sweeter or not) **sweeter = miracle whip**
3 tablespoons of gargonzola cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon mustard (honey mustard is great!)
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
dash of paprika over the top of the prepared eggs(optional)
Boil eggs
Remove yolks (throw out 2 of them)
Mix: yolks, mayo/miracle whip, gargonzola cheese, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper together and spoon mixed ingredients into hard boiled egg white halves
Enjoy.

Just posted this on another board... posting here too cos I don't want anyone to miss the BEST DESSERT EVER!
Quote:
Chocolate Balls, not so healthy, I think...
1stick butter
1/2cup sugar
1tbsp vanilla sugar
3tbsp cocoa
1cup Quaker Oats (plain, oldfashioned)
Some pearl sugar
(Any ingredients not found in a normal store can be found in the grocery section at IKEA )
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy
Add cocoa and mix
Add Quaker Oats and mix
Make little balls out of it
Roll balls in pearl sugar
Cool down in fridge for an hour or so

Lisa's fat free ice cubes:
Fill ice cube tray with water
Put in freezer
Wait till frozen
Or, for the more expensive freezer....
Push ice cube maker handle down to "On" position
Done!
0 Calories, 0 Fat, and 0 carbs! Good for everyone...yum!
