Well I finally got to the bottom of my problems.....low test level
I haven't been too vocal about this on any boards, but thought I'd mention this as it may apply to somebody else here at some point.
I got back in the gym in December 06 and haven't looked back, however at a point my weight loss turned around and I started to pack on some fat in my mid section. Well before I knew it, I had a lot of fat in my mid section yet I was eating perfectly clean and had cut drinking out almost entirely.
So I go to my doctor and he sends me for a series of blood work and such. I find out that I'm a borderline diabetic and my testosterone levels are very low. There are plenty of studies that show low test levels relate directly to fat storage in males, particularly in the abdomen.
Now this doesn't apply if your fat and out of shape, if you are kicking ass, eating clean and just not seeing any changes. This is something worth looking at.

Great news...time to do a cycle. I'd say about 1000-1500mg a week of a test/eq mix for 10 weeks should do you good.

Actually I go to the hospital every three weeks for them to give me test shots. Its legal and very small dosages.

Wow. I hope things go OK. This guy I know just became one. He told me it was all the pop he drank. 10-15 20oz Pepsi per day or more if it was hot. He cut all that out and is eating better now. He has lost a lot of weight.

I am pretty close to that number. Horrible habit. I have tried to stop drinking pop a ton of times, but I just can't seem to stick with it.

I just can't get my mind around it. Then again I never really drank that much soda to start with.

when I became a diabetic I drank about that much and didn't leave the bathroom for like 2 days before I went to the hospital. Your body try's to flush itself cause it can't get rid of the glucose

Yeah it was this big dude...known him forever, he is in his late 40's. When he would come in, he would buy a pop, he'd go out in the yard get a couple small things, and no matter the temp outside, he came in sweating his ass off. After his hospital stay and his better diet and his meds he has to take, he comes in now, no pop, he is 40-60lbs slimmer, looks totally different, and he doesn't sweat anymore like that.

Actually its the other med I take that seems more desirable to the "bodybuilder" friends I have. Its called Metformin, and apparentlt is used in the BB community for controlling or rather manipulating insulin levels.
Strange shit, I just want to feel better and drop the weight that just invited itself back to my body.

I never said the dosage level, just that it was small and being used to increase my test levels. I've been offered money already oddly enough. The market must be drying up for good clean test.
