This year will mark Holley’s fourth year as the title sponsor of the 10th Annual Holley Somernites Power Cruise. The Tour will travel from five different locations for the popular cruise destination of Somerset, KY where over 1,000 cars will converge on the city square for the Show & Shine. Legs of the tour will depart on the morning of July 24 from Nashville, TN; Knoxville, TN; Cincinnati, OH; Louisville, KY; and Bowling Green, KY.

“We are proud to be associated with the Somernites Cruise and especially the Power Cruise in July. It’s a laid back deal, but a ton of fun,” said Holley’s Director of Marketing, Bill Tichenor. “Last year we had over 150 cars rolling together to Somerset from Bowling Green. The crew in Somerset put on a great event and the entire town rolls out the carpet to make the car enthusiasts feel welcome. Everyone heads to the historic downtown square during the day for the cruise-in and then we drive up and down the four lane strip through the night. The event is open to anything that has been modified from street rods, to muscle cars to slammed trucks. Come out and see Holley’s new LS powered project cars and show us yours,” said Tichenor.
The Power Cruise is a rolling car show that brings together hundreds of show cars and trucks from all over the region. Each of the departure cities will host an activity on Friday evening July 23. Participation is free and no registration is required. And if you can’t make it to one of the Saturday morning roll-out sites, you can simply join the rear of the line as the cruise passes through your town or even organize your own cruise group to Somerset.
