It looks as if that cortisone shot into my right forearm/elbow a few weeks back for my bad tennis elbow has helped. I went from not being able to do 1 curl of 35lbs to a full 2 sets of 10 reps of 75lb hammer curls.
(btw, those 2 sets were not my entire workout)
No more pain FOR THE WIN! Finally!!! I have been held up for months with that God awful pain!
