Default My gains thus far

Day of first measurements 7/19/2007

Before and after

Neck-
15.25 / 15.75 / 15.50
Bicep-
14.00 / 15.00 / 15.50
Forarms-
11.00 / 12.25 / 13.00
Chest-
36.00 / 38.00 / 43.50
Waist-
31.00 / 32.00 / 34.00
Hips-
36.00 / 36.00 / 39.00
Thigh-
19.50 / 20.50 / 21.50
Calf-
14.00 / 14.25 / 16.00
Weight
157 / 170 / 187

My calorie intake prior to working out was maybe 1200 a day,
Ate once a day if I was lucky to find some time Sometimes wouldn't eat for a couple days just junk food snacks.

Calorie intake now 4500+
Eat 6 meals a day + snacks

I'm happy so far, Some is probably muscle memory ( I heard this does exist? ) Was 185 before when i worked out but my job took up most of my time, now I make myself goto the gym. Sometimes I can't get up there until 8pm, Hopefully my work schedual will slow down so i can get some earlier times and go more often.

ACTUALLY..that is HUGE gains...2" on the chest and a full increase of 1" on the arms...
awesome job....man I wish I could get a full inch increase on my arms...

Here's what i don't get about my chest mesurement, I measure around my upper body, Now my chest is small but measures a decent size, My lats are very large, Is there anyway to compute you chest size without those, I just now really stated to get man boobs. I have the cheerio bowl syndrome lol

My trouble areas are my chest, traps.

I think i look retarded lol

oh and the 13 pounds just came so damn quick, It was like i turned the corner and my weight shot up over night. I been holding steady at the 170. Maybe i was starving myself lol

If you have that prob...FOCUS on INCLINES..dont start with flat bench!

Cool cause i'm pretty sure the front of my chest hasn't grown 2" but i know my lats are really flaring up, like a cobra and shit lol.

nothin wrong with that though. Once you bring up your chest you will look thicker too. Just focus on the the upper chest...it will make the whole chest LOOK bigger

I'm late to the party here, but great progress. At 4500 calories, do you mind posting what your diet looks like on an average day. Thanks in advance.
