I got real cranky today for some reason...
I think im just over worked and such, and Ive been so good on my diet. I got real snappy when i got home from work. I made a pb&j and now im happy..
carbs seem to make me happy...

What situation was it to make you think you got snappy?
I have not had a PP&J in a while.... I love those but have to have good welches grape or my mommy's home made jams!

Low carb diets in themselves can definitely take a major toll on someone's mood. They don't call it "fat and happy" for nothing.
