Thumbs down I'm such a bum!!!

I'm pissed at myself for this week. Only went to the gym 3 times, ate like shit, and drank too much brew last night.

I need to get my ass to work tomorrow, and hit it hard!!!


Vent over. Now everyone else call me fat to motivate me.

I hit it hard today fellas!

1/2 hour of cardio, then I did chest for an hour, then a 1/2 hour more of cardio.


The good news I havent GAINED any weight. Still at 290. Time to do work though. I want to be 270 by the first of the year.

Hour and a half today at the gym today. 1/2 hour cardio, 1 hour of back.


Diet......... Eh boy.


Um, I'm going to take a beating here.


Monday

Breakfast: Water and Hydroxycut hardcore

Lunch: Water and Hydroxycut hardcore

Dinner: Grilled chicken ceasar salad at the honey tree, no dressing

Today:


Breakfast: Water and Hydroxycut hardcore

Lunch: Water and Hydroxycut hardcore

Dinner: Wendys Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad, no dressing.

I know, its bad. lol


I bought oatmeal today, plain and the packets, which has some flavoring. (130-160 cals) I am going to mix that with an equal amount of plain tomorrow morning when I get home from the gym.


All last week I was eating ok. Only went to the gym 3 times though. So far I've been Sunday, Mon, and Tues this week. I'm going to start posting what I do and eat everyday, to stay honest. Hopefully Raj wont mind.
