What is the time difference between photos?
What was your diet?
What was your workout regimen?

6mo between photos.
I ate anything and everything I got my hands on. Took alot of advise from Al and Dom. I went from eating 1200 calories a day to 4500. I ate pretty clean. I would read all doms post and took them to heart.
Took about all the same suplements but I also take tribulis.
I workout 4 days a week plus the work I do for a living is pretty strenuous in its self.
And I quit smoking which was a big plus for me.
I haven't worked out in a couple weeks pending a shit load of blood work. Turned 34 and seems like I fell apart. I also caught that real bad cold and was sick for 10 days straight.

Nice gains man! Can you lift a lot more weight now too? I never work out long enough to notice those gains....I got going good bu my problem is I get headaches. Been plagued by them since I was a kid. I get them everyday for a week....don't see them at all for a few weeks. I have had one since Thanksgiving night...it is still here....front my neck to my eyes. That is what stops me from working on my car...and working out...sometimes even college homework....Pisses me off....

LMFAO!!!! I'm not all that big probably most here are bigger than me. I'm just lean and have alot of definition. my arms don't even compair to yours or little mags, even OJ's arms look alot bigger than mine.
Most of my weight is in my legs but i carry 75lbs of stuff around my waist and carry 100lb ladder, sometimes i might walk a couple blocks with that thing. Then i climb telephone poles all day too, most of the time the old fashion way by "hooking" it. I have these things that go on my legs with a spike and climb 18-25 feet with 50-75lbs of equiptment.
When i first started I almost quit at day 3 because my legs hurt so bad lol.

Yea i can lift some good weight but i dont power lift just to see what i can put up, I just workout with what feels comfortable to me. I would hate to tear a muscle or something cause i need them to put food on the table.
I don't see the gains either until i look at pitures, that why i quit the first time when i lifted. Everyone noticed how big i was getting and i didn't think i was gaining anything altho i got to 185 before. Then i was reading a post by littlemags on how important photos were. Now i see why.
Hopefully i can get some constructive criticism on what i can do better to develope better, I really would like my chest to be bigger, I have noticed a bigger diffrence from doing inclines like little mags said to do than just straight flat benching.
The only thing that plaues me is my eatting, it's very hard for me to remeber to eat. I would go 2 days and never eat. Just was to busy to take time. So I have to constantly remind myself to eat, my wife helps alot on that she'll call me to make sure i'm eatting and not working myself to death. Once i get a mind set I become compusive. So if I start working on something that's all I can concentrate, my wife breaks that by calling, etc.
I do feel alot heathier now, I'm not so wore out everyday after work. I actually have the energy to play with my kids (2 and 5), so it's helped me more than just being heathy.

Punish your chest and legs and most everything else will follow. And I mean seriously punish them! Great work, bro! Keep eating and NEVER go back to your sub 160lb weight. No offense but it's not a good look for you.
Hit that chest, go wide, lift till failure, then do weighed stretches to really stretch that chest and it's muscles out.
To give you an I dea of how bad I mean to hit your chest, here's what my weekly chest routine looks like:
(adjust your weights accordingly)
Flat bench
135lbs x 10reps
225lbs x 10reps
275lbs x 10reps
315lbs x 10reps
275lbs x 10reps
275lbs x 10reps
225lbs x 10reps
225lbs x 10reps
225lbs x 10reps
225lbs x 10reps
185lbs x 20reps
185lbs x 15reps
135lbs x 40reps
135lbs x 30reps
135lbs x 20reps
Incline bench
225lbs x 10reps
225lbs x 10reps
185lbs x 10reps
185lbs x 10reps
155lbs x 10reps
135lbs x 10reps
Sit Down Flies
180lbs x 10reps
200lbs x 10reps
200lbs x 10reps
180lbs x 10reps
Weighted stretches
Yes, I over do it, and do a lot of reps and low weight, but I never have a spotter or a training partner. Dropping anything over 315lbs down on my chest doesn't really excite me a whole lot. So I just have to do more with less.

thanks al. My trouble is no spotter or weight trainer too. I'm sure the photos tell that LOL. I'll never go sub 160 again. This job did it to me. My normal wright was around 172, then when I started working here I worked 12-18 hrs a day.
I looked like a crack head forsure LOL
