Rules for "The Gym."

1. No bashing of members will be tolerated at all.
2. Keep everything work safe. If its not work safe and you want to post it, take it to the Gentleman's Club.
3. If anyone has a problem with another member take it to PM's.
4. Please dont bring fights/disagreements from other forums on to this one.
5. No business spam in threads or signatures. This is to keep it fair to the people who pay to advertise on this site.
6. Eat big, lift big, GET BIG!!!

If you have any questions, please contact one of the moderators.

Also, if you join/post on this board for the sole purpose of causing trouble between this board and any other local board, your membership, and your stay here, will be a VERY short ones.

Any and all posts/threads thought to be derogatory/negative in nature, will PROMPTLY be deleted by any moderator/administrator, at their discretion.
