Thumbs up Workout Logs/Diet Logs...

If any of you have the desire to start a thread with your own personal day-to-day training and/or diet (food intake) logs, feel free to do so.

That's what this forum is for. Maybe some of us can either critique your diet/workout, or maybe even learn from your good habits. No one will slam your workout numbers, we all have to start somewhere. Hell, I have been back at it for a year and I am still small and weak. I'll probably start a new log tonight.

Ummm, didn't I give you that site? Yeah, yeah I did. I give it to a lot of people. Nice try.

But yeah, feel free to post your nutritional logs in this forum.
