Short story i get pulled over..get a ticket for a stop sign in a intersection that was completely tore up under construction..i didnt even see a stop sign and i looked pretty good for one..i roll through the turn at like 3-5mph(its all gravel so im going really slow) i saw the cop sitting there but didnt think i was doing anything wrong.. i get all the way through the corner and he starts pulling out..ask him what i did wrong and he thinks im bullshitting him that i couldnt see the stop sign..so yeah he wrote me the ticket...fuck this im takin to to court..im not as worried about the money as i am the points..i dont need anymore of those right now...

Warren...happened right in front of the police station..he was just bein a prick..and he didnt write his badge number or name or anthing down on the ticket..only a half assed scrible for a signature

I'd take pictures of the intersection from your viewpoint and have them for court.
Also tell the judge that the ticket should be dismissed due to lack of information and the complainant's signature.

I'll bet it was that little fat fuck cop on the motorcycle that got you. I hope you beat it, but if your driving record isn't that good, you might have a problem.
