Cool project Ryan!! Are you gonna end up painting the whole thing yourself? And just out of curiosity, why carb and not EFI?

I'm going to carb it because I am poor and its cheap. I have most of the parts. Maybe one day I switch to EFI. I'd like to paint it myself, but I dont have the equipment to do so.

Got some color today!!!! I dont think I did too bad of a job for my first time ever painting. HUGE THANKS TO SMOOTH AND PACECARBBC for the tech hotlines today!!!!



I had a mistake in the engine bay though. I rushed and the sealer didnt dry and it lifted when I sprayed the color on it. I might go back out tonight and finish sanding the primer and recolor it and clear in the morning.

I couldnt go to bed knowing I jacked the engine bay up, so I fixed it!

I am sick of sbf ,2 of them in three mouth's and never hit the track or street racing. I with you OJ ready for a Chevy if it don't sell soon.

My kids use up every fucking battery in this house and everytime I go to grab the decent camera we have its dead. I give up.

NICE color if you dont mind me asking what are you using to paint your car it looks AMAZING. I wanna paint my car eventually but my one buddy was telling me about how you can get paint in a can im a bit scared of that for a car but looking at some work he done for a few friends its not bad.
