Ok, day 2.....Yesterday was killer, lots of pushups and pull ups... today... Well this guy can go fuck himself with this polymetrics video. Just kidding, but I dont care how much anyone can squat or leg press this workout will make your hurt..

Yoga was different. I have never stretched like that before. Felt kind of nice actually.

I never did the yoga. The wife tried to get me to do it one time and I felt like I was gonna sprout boobs or something. I had to draw the line somewhere to try and preserve my manhood.

Hey guys,
I just got copies of all the discs but I have no idea where to start. Does any one have any litereature saying when to do what? If I know what dvds to start with I'll jump on the band wagon.
