Al pretty much said it all. I eat all day long. I'm pretty lean and it's hard for me gain weight. I can eat a large pizza and lose 5 lbs.
I do keep it pretty strict but not as much as some.
My daily break down is
6:30 AM -2 cups of oatmeal with Whole milk & 15oz protien shake
8:30 AM- 2 plain toasted bagels with cream cheese
10:30 AM -3 egg whites (just boiled them took the yokes out)
12:30 PM- 3 PBJ sandwhiches on wheat bread/celery sticks/baby carrots
15oz protien shake
1:00pm- 3 egg whites
3:00- Some form of fruit apple/pear/etc
5:00- Dinner time, chicken,pastas,some form of potato
15oz protien shake
8:00- snack
When i do stray and i do it's big because i already know in advance i'm gonna do it. I might sit down and eat a large pizza or hit McDonalds and eat 2 or 3 double cheese burgers. I don't do it often but i do.
I been upping my calorie intake 500 a week, 4500 is a est is gould me more/less but it's around there.
Right now my weight is at a stand still of 178lbs and has been there for awhile so i think my body is happy at the moment.
