Al pretty much said it all. I eat all day long. I'm pretty lean and it's hard for me gain weight. I can eat a large pizza and lose 5 lbs.

I do keep it pretty strict but not as much as some.

My daily break down is

6:30 AM -2 cups of oatmeal with Whole milk & 15oz protien shake
8:30 AM- 2 plain toasted bagels with cream cheese
10:30 AM -3 egg whites (just boiled them took the yokes out)
12:30 PM- 3 PBJ sandwhiches on wheat bread/celery sticks/baby carrots
15oz protien shake
1:00pm- 3 egg whites
3:00- Some form of fruit apple/pear/etc
5:00- Dinner time, chicken,pastas,some form of potato
15oz protien shake
8:00- snack


When i do stray and i do it's big because i already know in advance i'm gonna do it. I might sit down and eat a large pizza or hit McDonalds and eat 2 or 3 double cheese burgers. I don't do it often but i do.

I been upping my calorie intake 500 a week, 4500 is a est is gould me more/less but it's around there.

Right now my weight is at a stand still of 178lbs and has been there for awhile so i think my body is happy at the moment.

What do you do for a living that you're able to take time away from your work to eat every few minutes?

I work for the phone cpmpany. I ride around in a van.
My wife packes everything up the night before in a big cooler and i take that to work everyday.
So as I'm driving from job to job I eat. I'll even eat while i'm doing the job. I'm outside 99.5% of the time working on the phone lines.

my hours are 8-4:30. So my 2 biggest meals are before and after work. I stop for a 30 min lunch. The rest is just snacks

That makes sense. For me to leave my desk at my bank that many times would piss my boss (even though he is a small little weasle) the fuck off!

Yea I'm basically my own boss from 8-4:30. As long as I get my work done no one is breathing down my back, My wifes the boss before 8:00am and after 4:30pm

I'm not happy with the rest of my stuff yet, but the gains are there, just want to buff up more before i post those. don't want to be laughed at

I'm actually about the nicest guy you ever met, Willing to help anyone out The hat is just to cover up me being bald

I updated page 1 with my new #'s. Still need to post those before and after pics but my computer broke and don't have any pics of me on the iPhone.
I can definatly feel the added weight on my legs.

Soon it will be a year got about 2 more months left. Still sitting at 187lbs at the doctors today, havent measured anything figured I'm about the same but still at it.

Day 1

10 months






Still not happy with my chest to much but over all progress is going

Thanks, owe alot to the guys here, littlemags, not only a friend but a great insperation, alot of knowledge passed my way. Answered a ton of questions. Gave me a cool workout plan and diet. Can't wait to see what year 2 has in store!

Littlemags has almost convienced me to do some amature stuff soon...ALMOST....
2smooth also my workout partner, Dudes an animal. I like working out with someone who love to push up that last rep. Hes been a big help.
