If it warped already and you get it turned(cut) you will forsure re-warp on you with the thinner tolerance. Never priced for an X but most rotors are pretty cheap these day's considering. As Reiko said - get a new one (better yet 2)

This is what I was told, after '03 Ford did not leave enough stock/material to turn them. I'm am just quoting what I was told, check with the autoparts store to see if they'll even turn them.
