Man, that fucking burger killed me. And tomorrow I have to be in Detroit for off-site training all day, so I know my diet will be crap since they will probably provide carb-loaded shitty food and I won't be able to eat my own food every couple hours. Oh well, it could be a lot worse...I could be without a job. Thank God for employment!!!!

7:30pm: 2 cups of HOMEMADE broccoli cheese soup with 2 medium diced chicken breasts added. Cals: 883, Fat: 31, Carbs: 33, Protein: 113

I have been too busy to eat right.
