Back day.

My BACK day is crazy intense. That's probably my favorite workout day.

Same here, I LOVE doing shrugs.

Im going to have to figure out more exercises I can do now that I have a gym membership. I was pretty limited just using free weights, a bar, and a bench in my basement.

I've never even had a gym membership. ( as if you couldnt tell)

If I dont lose this weight now, I never will. I need to start thinking about my health. Im 25, and been fat all my life. Time to take charge and do something about it. I've already lost 15 lbs.

Check out post #1 in this thread. VERY informative when it comes to muscle groups and exercises to work those muscle groups.

Any questions? Post up.
I wish I would have read this again BEFORE I went to the gym yesterday. O well. I ran outta shoulder work outs.

Anyways I did a hour of cardio yesterday, and shoulders.

Today a hour of cardio, and back. Shurgs too, my fav. 3 plates on each side. Woo woot!

I think this thread needs a quick BOLDING. It seems that it may be getting overlooked.
