BAYTOWN, TX - The Tower Club at Houston Raceway Park, the site of the ADRL Inaugural Texas Drags on July 23-24, has been a major boon for increasing the fan experience at the track.It also appears to have set the stage pretty well leading up to the Texas Drags.The Tower Club will host the official pre-race “ADRL Kick-Off” party on Thursday, July 22 to kick off the festivities of what should be a wild and entertaining weekend.The 12,000-square foot facility sits on the west side of the three-story Tower Complex and it overlooks the dragstrip.The Tower Club can accommodate up to 1,000 guests and racing fans will get a memorable experience at the party on July 22.Starting at 8 p.m., the party will feature live entertainment, food and drinks.In addition, featured guests will include ADRL officials, sponsors, driver and crew members, giving all race fans an opportunity to rub elbows with their favorite ADRL personalities.“Race fans will definitely fall in love with the ADRL and Houston Raceway Park after watching the ADRL Texas Drags from our Tower Club,” HRP General Manager Seth Angel said. “The experience the ADRL provides our race fans is second to none when compared to other motorsports event at HRP or across the country.”Best of all, the Tower Club will remain open free of charge to all ADRL race fans on Friday and Saturday during the double-race weekend.On Friday, the ADRL will complete its Universal Technical Institute Dragpalooza VI presented by Safety-Kleen, awarding winners from that event.The Texas Drags will then be completed the next day.The Tower Club is expected to fill to capacity and race fans are encouraged to get there early, as capacity will be capped at 1,000 fans at one time.Among the amenities at the club are air conditioning, private grandstand seating, private restrooms, banquet-style seating, 14 flat-screen televisions and a full-service cash bar.
