Been going good for about a month now. Forgot how good it felt to throw some weight around!! I've been on the road a lot so I decided to do something productive with my time away from home. Found a powerhouse here in Tampa. My diet is so so, basically a good breakfast from the hotel, either Oatmeal or Raisinbran and for lunch and dinner just plain chicken subs from quiznos or subway. Ya not the greatest, but its the hotel life. Its keeping me out of the bars and out of trouble
