Default locking out a dist.?????

i have been debating weather to lock out my dist or just put the lightest springs i can get in it! what do you guys think? i mainly will be drag racing the car but i wil see some street miles on it? and if i lock the bitch out i know sometimes it is a bitch to start/etc and if i put the lightest springs i can get hopefully it will just advance super quick!

so just give me the pros and cons of doing both! your info will be great!

thanks guys

lock it out, cause if you put a dig box in it it will have the start retard built in it and pull the timing to fire it. but it makes it so much easier to set timing at idle then revving the bitch to the moon to make sure its advanced.
