Chest is lacking cause of my wrist. i go in next month on the 18th for a post checkup to see what they have to do to fix it. I been putting it off far to long. i can't bench over 135 on my sets 4x10. Anything over 135lbs i can't push it up with my right arm have absolutly 0 strength to move it off my chest. anything below 135 or dumbells below 50 have no trouble at all.
no problems at all with arm exercises. Can hammer curl the whole rack 4x10 on the machine, straight curl about 150ish 4x10 depending on the day.
I can't do dips because of my wrist either. Again won't allow me. I can't even do pushups.
Best way to explain it is. If your doing a push up look at where your arm and wrsit meet, notice the way it's bent (kinda backwards). MY wrist won't go back like that. I broke the bone in my hand going to the pinky, ring finger, thumb and wrist.
my chest is
50lb dumbells 4x10 incline and decline
plus some cable chest excersizes (real light)
butterfly i do 190 4x10
My wrist doesn't allow me to have the right form when benching......it's real annoying when i can lift 3x's more with my left than i can with my right. Hopefully they'll be able to fix it.
As far as my diet. It was pretty close. Probably some stuff i didn't put down. But like my shakes were with whole milk not water.
plus i drink a ton of whole milk.
I have a pretty sweet metabilsm. If i told people what i eat sometimes and stay as lean as I am they'd probably shit. I ate 2 large pizza's the other day. hawian pizza too. damn where they good!!
