I know my buddy's car picked up 6-7 Tenths with a converter change! That was foot braking it, picked up more on the T/brake.


I went from a 10 inch hughes (Stalled around 1800 ) and now I have a 9.5 inch Coan (Stalls 3600) and you can feel it (I have yet to race at a track)

I know I ran a friend of mine and lost to him by a car, I swapped converters and I get him by 4-5


I can't wait to see what it does with a Loose Converter. (5k stall)

It's a 298mm {12''} GM lock up converter, probably from a 700r4, my guess would be 1800 rpm stall.

Bonus points: it was remanufactured by dynamic converters in indy, it probably come from gordon automotive in pontiac {they supply that brand}.
