I finally found a fitness magazine worth buying!

Ive been buying different types of magazines trying to find one that would help me out. I am not going for bodybuilding, just a healthier lifestyle in general. i found this mag at krogers call "FitnessRX", so far i really like it. Its not full of ad's like many of the others.

There is alot of stuff in the mag about bodybuilding and eating and supplements. Just not 10 pages of ad's then 1 page of info.

I have found the supplement books are far more useful than the mags. Best investment you can make. Most come with routines and diets. I cant remember who wrote the last one I had, but it was 25 bucks well spent. Every page was info.
