AB workout..no equipment
I work out in my basement. I have no equipment for abs, so I need to go back to basics and need to target lower abs....any suggestions? Old school style stuff.

I don't have a large section of rafters like Rocky did in Rocky 4. I was thinking of a simpler exercises. Half of my basement is like Clubber Langs basement from Rocky 3...

Parts needed...
2 Chains. Both about 12" in length
1 bar about 3' wide
Padding to put around bar as it will hurt the back of your knees if you don't.
Attach 1 chain to each side of the bar
Hang from bar by the back of your knees and put your toes against the ceiling of the basement
Do upside down situps

go buy an Ab ball. Those things work good. you can pick one up for like $20.00. I did ALMOST all my ab work on that and doing traditional crunches.
no need to get all crazy

MY buddy has a big red one, but everybody usually just throws it at each other when we get drunk and party at his house.
But I should go get one....can you buy motivation at Sports Authority too?? How much does it cost?

HAHAHA. I do an excellent Arnold impression!! We have so much fun talking to each other like that at work!! We lift heavy car parts all day and it's hilarious when someone asks for help....This is what I say in the Arnold voice...so read it to yourself in the Arnold voice!!
"Help???? You need help to lift that trans????? What are you, some kind of girly man?? When I was your age I would lift two transmissions.....in each hand..OKAAAYY"
We have too much free time I guess, but it makes work fun.

Use your bench and do leg raises, I superset those with weighted crunches. 3x15 for each movement then done. I do that twice a week.
You could also try planks.
