lol...it's funny, I still remember back then how this was an issue with the guys I used to work out with. One of them was very serious, and still trains seriously to this day. It used to actually anger him that I would get sore and he wouldn't...as if he didn't train hard enough or something. He trained way hard too, I have no idea why my body is like that, but I remember it very well. I was doing 3 on and 1 off, religiously, and I was at that point that all you guys probably are now, where you can pick up a cylinder head and carry it across the garage and set it down and you'll find you have a pump. But the muscles I trained were ALWAYS sore the next day. No idea why, but that guy I just referred to later told me he thought it had something to do with my liver??

I still get sore like it was day one. I have great form and I dont do killer weight.the weight i use goes up and down, depends on how I feel that day and how work went(lack of energy) No more then 4 sets and I stack the reps 15,12,10,8 most of the time. Only once or twice I did not get sore and that was due to a lack luster workout. I expected to not be sore.

Well you and Raj both can kiss my ass. I can't get sore to save my life.
Soreness makes you feel like you're doing something.

I'm kinda the same way Al, I have to push myself really hard to get that soreness. It's never like it use to be when I started lifting.
