Default RAGE!!

So well I almost beat up a gas pump and a ATM machine.

Since I started this eating right thing I started finding myself getting real edgy and losing my temper fast.

I was at Gratiot and 94 on the way home stopped to get gas and noticed the gas pump said card machine out of order I'm already agitated, so I headed up to van dyke and 94 stopped at the moble, slide my card in and it would go through all the prompts then decline it, After the 3 or 4th attempt I start swearing at the gas pump, mind you this is after work so it's pretty packed. Everyone’s looking at me like WTF. But it gets better

So I walk into the gas station slide my card into the ATM and I get unable to read my card, after about 10-20 frantic swipes, I'm ready to blow my top. So I give it a couple more swipes then I felt the need to verbally assault the machine with I'm going to choke the living fucking shit outta you, along with a few other choice words for my new found friend.

Buy now I'm so pissed, I have a 26 mile ride home and don't care if I run out of gas. Well I made it to the gas station by my house, and it worked the first time. Thanks god cause I think at that moment I would have owned that pump. Then of coarse been arrested for destroying a gas pump.


I think I pin pointed it to caffeine. The 20 mountain dews a day, all the chocolate, and the pot of coffee. Plus no more smoking. My body must be going on a roller coaster ride.

I feel much better today.

No carbs (which are usually in LOTS of comfort foods) will make anyone edgy. You should see the fits I throw at times.

take a deep breath next time and try t let it roll off...
man stress and fits like that will kill ya!
PLUS it raises cortisol in the system ( which slows muscle gains)

I took a basball bat to the heavy bag in my garage 2 days ago. I got THAT pissed off!

Yea I keep a diary of my moods ( use the fit day Al told me about )
It actually helps me focus on the next day. If i put in there i felt a little hungry today, i try to eat more the next day, etc. It has a whole list of moood stuff. really does help.

I hit the bag when I get pist off. If I am a little pist I use my 4oz gloves. If I am extremely pist, I use my 16oz boxing gloves, because I can hit harder and it hurts less.
