I hate listening to Joe Rogan talk. Last night he is goin on about Randy Couture's age. "Who would have thought that a 43 year old man would have dominated the Tim Sylvia fight? Who would have thought it would have went five 5 minute rounds with Randy outstriking, out grappling Tim? I mean the guys 14 years older than Tim!!"

JOE ROGAN: SHUT UP!!!! Everyone thought Randy would kick his ass including me!! Age is a number, and Randy is in shape, strong as ever, experienced, skilled, and just plain tough!!! Why don't you step in the ring and test your skills since you are so much younger and he is so old. I hate Joe Rogan!!!

He also thinks Gonzaga is going to win over Randy. Why? Becauce Gonzaga got lucky with a head kick to Cro Cop?? Cro Cop is a huge man, and he just stands there like a dumb oaf. If they strike, Randy is constantly moving his head, and his body, and has better footwork than in the past, I think is will be a good fight. I don't think he will lose, but it won't come easy, because even though he has a huge wrestling background, Gonzaga is excellent with Ju-Jitzsu. He will see Saturday, Aug. 25th!

I hate Joe Rogan but am going to have to disgree on the Couture/Gonzaga fight. I think Ganzaga will come out on top.

Also, KroCop is no dumb oaf. He is a bad man and has one of the most dangerous kicks in the sport of MMA. Odd that he was dropped so badly by an opponent's great foot.

I mean, Cro cop just stood there like a dumb oaf during that stand off of that fight. It just came out wrong while I was typing. You gonna watch it Al?

I might watch it. I won't be paying for it, though. I got burned on the last 3 pay-per-view items I paid for.

Cro Cop....is actually not that old (29-30 I think?? ) but he is coming down out of his prime. Gonzaga wont beat Randy...Gonzaga looked "ok" against Carmelo Marrero...he beat Kevin Johnson (who??). BEFORE his win over Cro Cop his best fight was against Fab Sherner...who IS NO RANDY.

Yeah, he will be fine, I am having some friends over for this fight, like every UFC, Randy is one bad dude...period, I hope he comes out on top!! Vegas will be making money that night!!!

The next couple are free on Spike!! Rampage is fighting Dan Henderson from Pride,...can't believe it's not a PPV. Forrest is fighting that night Matt Hamill and Mike Bisping....then at the UFC 77 Chuck Liddell is fighting Keith Jardine, who beat Forrest Griffin, but then got his ASS HANDED TO HIM by Houston Alexander. That is a mismatch, Chuck is gonna kill Jardine. October 20th Rich Franklin is fighting Silva again for the title. Sept and Oct. will be fun filled months!

Randy looked really good. I loved every minute of that fight, because I hated the "age" talk. He kicked his ass! That guy has been in shape his whole life, I knew he would do well. Being in shape....plus his experience is all he really needs.

yeah...the only real blemish is him when he dropped to Light heavy....

I dont see anyone beating him for awhile.
