Default The ABS diet - by Mens Health Magazine

Has anyone else read this book?

I read it about a year ago. Easy read packed with great information for the beginner looking for a resource on healthy eating habits and how to get started with personal fitness, etc

Here is the link on Amazon - The ABS diet

A book? I have barely enough patience to read an article, let alone a flipping book.

I'm not dumb by any means, I just don't have the patience to read a book about dieting when a diet could realistically be summed up in 1 page. I'm big on time managment.

I knew what you meant

I'll agree a guy like you wouldn't benefit much from that book. You already know the basics, but a beginner would for sure
