Client Service Representative/Assigner Position:
Broad Street Valuations is a growing and well positioned National Appraisal Management Company located in Holly, Michigan. We provide residential real estate appraisals to banks, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, law firms, processing companies, and other professionals seeking professional valuation services in all 50 states.

Broad Street Valuations has an immediate opening for a Client Service Representative on the operations team. Successful candidates will project a professional image while interfacing with lenders, borrowers, and appraisers to facilitate the appraisal management process. This position will entail data entry, telephone and email communication, and strict attention to detail when following existing processes and procedures.

The Client Service Representative position has a starting wage of $15 per hour base pay, plus overtime when necessary.

Hours: Full Time, 9am - 6pm or 10am-7pm, including a one hour lunch

Required Education: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Client Service Experience-

Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong typing skills
Ability to perform detailed work in a fast paced environment
Computer Proficient


Technology Experience-

Internet Business/Research
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
