Default World Products Solves Your HEMI Needs

It's a tough thing to be a Mopar enthusiast. We all know how cool the HEMI is, we all know how it dominates over the competition on the street and strip and we all know how intimidating that elephant of a V8 looks when wedged in between the shock towers. The problem is that HEMIs are notoriously rare and infamously expensive. For a while there, Mopar Performance was making its own replacement blocks, but the waiting list was long and there were issues with core shift and casting woes. So, what's a guy to do? Well, World Products' engineers collaborated with leading Mopar racers and developed a highly refined version of the original 426 HEMI bock.

Redesigned using CAD/CAM technology not available when the original was developed, World's version of the HEMI features dual bellhousing patterns for both Mopar and GM applications, more efficient oiling journals, and can be ordered with raised cam locations. Best of all, its aluminum, saving over a hundred pounds! Plus, all of World's HEMIs come with an official Mopar logo and casting number. World offers tons of different versions of their HEMI for you to choose from too, starting with your choice of aluminum or compressed nickel blocks. If you're looking for a more complete package, you can select one of a handful of assembled short blocks. These range in size from 528ci, 540ci, to 572ci. All short blocks come with 4-bolt nodular, cross-bolted main caps, Manley stainless steel valves, a 4340 Eagle/Scat internally balanced crank, 4340 Eagle/Scat rods, Arias slugs, Felpro gaskets, and ARP HEMI hardware.

Of course, if you're more of a "plug-and-play" sort of guy, World's got you covered there too. The "entry level" 528 HEMI (if you want to call it that) twists out an impressive 650 horsepower with 10.4:1 compression, aluminum heads, a hydraulic roller cam, and fed by a Dominator carburetor. The mid-range engine is a 540 HEMI making 685 horsepower also using Indy aluminum heads, a hydraulic roller, and Dominator topped Indy manifold. The final option is World's largest, a 572 HEMI making 735 ponies via 10.5:1 compression pistons, an Indy top-end, and still totally street friendly and pump gas ready!
